Role

I ensure research organisations experience a strong personalised relationship with Jisc, enabling access to our full range of digital products, services and support. This includes, expertise in cyber security, cloud consultancy and managed services and connectivity solutions. I support customers to overcome challenges, realise their IT strategy and strategic goals.

Background

I have worked as a relationship manager in the IT, research and education sectors since 2011. During this time I have supported the provision of digital and technology solutions across research, FE, HE, public and private sectors. My passion is problem solving and making improvements through the use of technology.
